These general conditions govern sales made on the site www.teddy-brix.com .

1. Products

TeddyBrix sells decorative bears made from assembled bricks. Photos are not contractually binding; minor variations may occur depending on stock.

2. Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included. Delivery is free, regardless of the order amount.

3. Order

An order is validated after receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically.

4. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods indicated at checkout.

5. Delivery

Worldwide delivery. Estimated delivery time: 6 to 20 working days.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (excluding personalized products on special request).
